Meet the founder

Andrew C. Ybarra

I've worked in events for over 20 years. I started out volunteering at a grassroots church and worked my way up to contracting for companies like CBS, PayPal and Facebook.

For a while, without real purpose or direction, I lost my way and leaned on old habits to numb what I was feeling. Then I found the coaching world and fell in LOVE. I felt at home with people investing in themselves and helping create a better world.

I found the courage to dive into my own growth and surrender to the journey. That's where I heard my calling: to use my presence, leadership, tech skills and musical gifts to support purpose-driven leaders building community through live events.

I'm committed to love, possibility, growth and connection, one event at a time.

When I'm not behind the board you'll find me trail running, at ecstatic dance, or grounding outdoors with meditation and breathwork.
